Getting Energy at work!! September 19, 2006

Check out these pics of the Red Bull office in London. All I can say is wow! This company looks like it knows how to motivate and energise employees (of course im assuming – it could be a draconian beaurocracy but i somehow doubt it!)

Anyway I guess my point is that it looks like Red Bull seem to understand that in order to get the most from employees – you gotta give a little back and make them feel like youre listening to them and their needs. So the bottom line is that you got to do something a bit different as seen here with the slide next to the steps.

Red Bull is one of the biggest energy drinks in the world and looking at their head office we can see why!
