Dove have released an interesting viral video showing the “reality of beauty”
Essentially its a Viral Vid showing some chick getting made up and then photo-shopped. Whats more interesting that the video is that according to Ad Age , the ad got a better ROI on You Tube than it did on the Superbowl (the holy grail of advertising spots)
I think its great that an advertiser has gotten more exposure for free on You Tube than it would on TV. Yet another reason for TV stations to quake in their boots.Why pay hugely inflated media rates, when you can put it on You Tube for FREE and have people find you and want to watch, as opposed to interupting and annoying them. Viva the internet!!
